Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we value both your time and ours.
When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be offered to another patient. To help us manage our schedule and continue providing quality care, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice by phone if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full consultation fee.
